As we continue our exploration of what makes Stapleton a unique place to live let’s explore the wonderful restaurants you can only find in Stapleton.   Whether you are looking for a place to have a nice cold beer, maybe play a game of pool and watch the game; or perhaps you would like a quaint place for catching up, you will find all of these options are here in Stapleton.

Let’s start this exploration out at the Bistro at Stapleton.  Here is how the Bistro describes their restaurant: “We’re a cozy corner Parisian bistro, a lively Roman trattoria, and a stylish Spanish wine bar. A place to run into friends, or make new ones. To enjoy a favorite wine, or experience a completely new one. We’re a little bit of downtown, right around the corner.”  The Bistro is open 6 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Plus, don’t miss their Stapleton social hour Tues- Friday from 3:30 – 6:30 pm ($3 drafts, $5 wines and $6 cocktails).

Next we head over to The Berkshire.  Love pork?  Then The Berkshire is the place to eat.  Here is how best to describe this restaurant, “Named for a rare breed of heritage pig, The Berkshire is a neighborhood eatery serving refined comfort food. While the dishes represent American cuisine –heavy on the pig- The Berkshire does serve lighter fare as well as vegetarian dishes.”  The Berkshire is serving up this great food every day of the week.  Serving lunch and dinner (Brunch on Sundays).   Check out Happy Hour every day from 3:00 – 6:00 pm and 10 pm to close ($3.50 wells and $4 house wines).

Staying on East 29th Avenue we move over to Blue Fin Sushi.  This Sushi restaurant has a little bit of something for everyone.  Serving up traditional sushi and sashimi to teriyaki chicken and steak or for vegetarians try the vegetarian sushi.  Start your meal off with a bang and try some dynamite (sautéed seafood, mushrooms and spicy dynamite sauce)!  Serving lunch and dinner.

Next Door to Blue Fin Sushi is Casey’s Bistro and Pub.  Luck of the Irish is with Stapleton at this pub.   Self-described as “A modern interpretation of Ireland’s infamous pubs, Casey’s menu features traditional Irish fare and American favorites like shepherd’s pie, pot-steamed mussels, corned beef and cabbage and the ever favorite fish and chips.” Looking to play an authentic Irish pub trivia quiz game?  You are in luck every Thursday night come to Casey’s to join in the fun.   Also the perfect place to celebrate St Patrick’s Day!  Serving lunch and dinner.

Four Friends Kitchen will be opening in Stapleton soon!  Four Friends Kitchen is owned and operated by four Stapleton residents and will be a full-service breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant featuring a Southern inspired menu, an upscale, family-friendly atmosphere, and the first and only open-air rooftop dining option in Stapleton’s East 29th Avenue Town Center.

We will now move our exploration over to The Shops at Northfield Stapleton and start with Zen Asian Sushi Bar & Grill.  Whether you’re seeking out a spot for sushi or craving some Asian fusion this restaurant has you covered.  Here is how Molly Morrow, Director of Marketing at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton described this restaurant: “The Zen menu reads like a novel of delicious Asian meals just waiting to get in my belly! Flatbreads, soups, salads, noodle dishes, beef, chicken, seafood, sushi, sushi and more sushi… You could just about eat here every day for a year and never repeat the same meal twice. Oh and I have four words for you: Banana Carmel Spring Roll. You’re welcome.”  Enough said. Serving lunch and dinner.

Have you ever asked yourself, ”Self where can I get 30 Colorado beers on tap?”  If so head over to the Stapleton Tap House located in The Shops at Northfield Stapleton.  The Stapleton Tap house prides itself on bringing their customers a variety of locally brewed beers, produced by some of Colorado’s smallest craft brewers.  If you can easily find the beer at any other restaurant, then you can be sure it is NOT served at Stapleton Tap House.  Food wise they do have snacks; however, if you are really hungry you can bring in food from another restaurant no problem.  See website for hours.

You see, Stapleton has a variety of unique dining options in abundance.  Whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks or dessert there is something for everyone.  Enjoy letting your taste buds explore all the unique food options that Stapleton has to offer.

Join us Saturday, June 29th as we celebrate the launch of North End neighborhood with the biggest party of the summer.
