It was just over 11 years ago that we unpacked the last box, hung the last picture, but received the notice that our window coverings were not quite ready yet. So what did that mean? It meant that the security company roaming the neighborhood with the disco ball lighting was going to continue streaming beams throughout the 50+ windows in our brand new Stapleton home. We won’t even discuss the decision to “get the air conditioner after we close.” I’m sure you’ve had that talk.

I’ve now had the opportunity to visit the new Conservatory Green neighborhood. My how it brings back memories. Construction, lines of cars visiting model homes, and the occasional ‘Private Residence’ sign peeking its head out of the freshly laid sod. And don’t forget that first introduction of neighbors that will undoubtedly plant the seed of long lasting friendships  . . . did I type ‘plant’? You are aware the new homes are situated on lots that allow for the development of your very own gardens, aren’t you?

I’m certain the vision of Stapleton’s newest neighborhood will exceed expectations just as all of the previous neighborhoods have. With steps to shopping, walking trails, and open space galore, how could you go wrong?

The thought of taking the plunge and buying in Conservatory Green has crossed our mind on numerous occasions, and having already owned two homes in Stapleton, that wouldn’t be unfamiliar territory. The numbers even suggest that a high percentage of buyers are repeat homebuyers in the 80238. We just can’t get enough can we?

I urge you to visit. The mirroring from June 2002 to July 2013 is uncanny. Take my word for it. We’ve been around a while.
