Forest City Stapleton released its 2017 Q2 Facts & Figures Report which provides insight into current development and business deals, financial numbers and keys to success. Currently, Stapleton Business has generated $954 million in completed infrastructure, including 2.5 million square feet of retail use, 400,000 square feet of office space, and 2.5 million square feet of flex/industrial space.
“Our established sense of community, in addition to our energy efficiency, technology and available commercial property, has played a large role in solidifying our position as an exciting new alternative to downtown,” say Sr. VP of Commercial Development, Jim Chrisman. “This competitive advantage and investment expands upon our vision of becoming a purpose-built community for a new kind of business and lifestyle integration.”
One of the more notable projects included in the most recent Facts & Figure Report is the development and opening of Central Park Station, which sits on the commuter rail line, connecting Stapleton to downtown Denver and Denver International Airport.
“Central Park Station allows any businesses in our community to not only be centrally located, but experience an amenity-rich environment with excellent access to multiple modes of transportation and to the metropolitan area’s work force,” said Chrisman.
