Denver, October 10, 2012—Stapleton has been ranked the 9th best selling master planned community in the nation by Metrostudy, Forest City (now Brookfield Properties) announced today.
Established in 1975, Metrostudy provides primary and secondary market information to the housing and related industries nationwide. Stapleton broke into the top ten category in the 2012 rankings developed by the real estate ratings service after being ranked at # 15 last year. The ranking covers the period from July 2011 through June 2012. .
“This ranking confirms what we hear from homebuyers over and over again: The quality of life and the housing values and choices at Stapleton make it one of the most desirable places to purchase a home,” said John S. “As we prepare to extend our highly successful residential program north of I-70 later this year with the creation of “Conservatory Green,” Stapleton’s next great neighborhood, it is gratifying to receive this recognition that our community continues to be ranked as one of the most successful real estate developments in the nation,” Lehigh added.
