Do you have a favorite recipe you would like to share with your neighbors?
Cherry Pie Park is just one of the “senses” parks tucked away in Stapleton’s Bluff Lake neighborhood, offering residents the opportunity to pin and share their favorite recipe on what we call the recipe rail sculpture.
On the day we visited this Stapleton pocket park, we helped ourselves to one of the copies of “Cobbler Supreme.” This recipe did not disappoint and is now one of my “go to” dishes for family dessert.
While visiting Cherry Pie Park, look closely and you’ll notice that part of the design of this park’s landscape is shaped like half of a pie, with scalloped edges that resemble a pie crust.
The residents of Bluff Lake are delighted to have these creatively designed parks as a part of their neighborhood and encourage everyone to stop by and visit. You might find a recipe to take home with you.
