It’s been said it takes a village. That holds true for the construction of Stapleton’s latest apartment community, The Aster Conservatory Green.

The Aster Conservatory Green community will consist of 24 buildings with a total of 352 one- and two-bedroom apartments and three bedroom townhomes. Construction started December 2012 and the first two buildings opened with 22 units in September 2013.

There are approximately 140 construction workers, working on the project every day.  This summer, that number peaked to 200 per day. This includes approximately 30 different subcontractors to build the apartments. Barring any weather delays, there will be a delivery of one new building, approximately every three weeks with a scheduled completion in fall 2014.

The design team has also put their stylish trademark interiors into each apartment, which include stainless steel backsplashes, quartz or granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring and it’s all surrounded by 50+ shops and restaurants. There will also be a nearby pool, as well as sand volleyball, basketball courts, a playground and plenty of green space.

So what’s next? Aster Town Center Phase II will break ground at 2853 Roslyn Street the beginning of 2014 and will consist of seven buildings with a total of 135 one- and two-bedroom apartments. All with the Stapleton trademark quality and upgrades you would expect.

Stapleton also has 4,100 acres of planned development – take a look at the community’s big picture!
