Re-Engineering Building a Green Future – CABPES Student Awards Banquet

The Colorado Association of Black Professional Engineers and Scientists (CABPES) is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging African-Americans and other underrepresented youth to pursue science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers.  By doing so,  the number of minority STEM professionals will increase to the level that better represents the minority population, while assisting industry in meeting the growing demand for STEM professionals.

The Colorado Association of Black Professional Engineers and Scientists (CABPES) will be hosting their 38th Annual Awards Banquet on May 11, 2019! This year’s Awards Banquet will feature an evening filled with cutting-edge demonstrations from aspiring engineers and scientists, dinner and silent auction. We are blessed to have Mrs. Vanessa Wyche as our keynote speaker this year. Mrs. Wyche is the first African-American Deputy Director of NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
