Every good town has a central green. Part of a town center where people gather for community events or just to relax and watch the world go by.
Founders’ Green on East 29th Avenue is one such place. Rimmed by oak trees, and distinguished by a sculptural fountain, Founders’ Green has an urban formality to its design. And a festive vibe that makes it the perfect gathering place.
Thanks to the Stapleton MCA (Master Community Association), during the summer months residents are treated to weekly farmers markets, an art and antique market, regular concerts, movies under the stars, and even a little Shakespeare at Theatre on The Green … just to call out some of the fun.
Founders’ Green hosts activities through the fall too. The final farmers market in October brings the annual pumpkin patch. A great opportunity for families to pick out the best pumpkins for Jack-o-lanterns. When snow hits the ground, you may even see occasional snowman.
Founders’ Green is a great place to bring the family and enjoy festivities throughout most of the year.
