Chief Executive magazine ranked Colorado No. 11 for 2015.
The ranking is based on results of a survey of 511 CEOs nationwide. States are ranked based on:
- Taxes and regulations.
- Quality of the workforce.
- Living environment, which includes quality of education, cost of living, affordable housing, social amenities and crime rates.
