Burl Rolett, at BusinessDen, discusses the big plans for Stapleton’s Eastbridge Town Center, a 22,000-square-foot retail complex. The plan was inspired by a partnership between City Street Investors and Evergreen Development. City Street Principal Pat McHenry said they picked Stapleton for numerous reasons, including its strong demographics.

The Eastbridge Town Center will be a 2.5-acre triangular development bordered by Geneva Court, East 29th Drive, and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

The Town Center will be comprised of two buildings. The first will be roughly 14,000 square feet and the second will be 8,000 square feet.  Among the various tenants will be Restaurateur Troy Guard, who is bringing his Los Chinganones Mexican Restaurant. Guard will be opening a breakfast restaurant, as well.
