It all started with a simple question: Where should we do breakfast tomorrow?
Two years later Stapleton is welcoming Four Friends Kitchen, an American breakfast spot with Southern charm. Four Friends Kitchen is owned and operated by four Stapleton residents. When asked why they chose Stapleton as the home for their restaurant, Genefer Thornton, the General Manager said, “We love the community here!”
The restaurant will foster a family environment focusing on comfort that everyone can enjoy. Thornton said, “That’s what Stapleton is (family oriented), that’s what we are.”
Four Friends will compliment Stapleton offering a variety of menu options, a rooftop patio, and an exciting selection of alcoholic beverages including, but not limited to, cocktails, Colorado beers and their homemade Bloody Mary mix.
The Head Chef at Four Friends Kitchen, Larry Shore, explained that they will be taking Grandma’s home cooking and adding a contemporary, modern twist. The food will be scratch-made and cooked on a rotational schedule that will aid in creating both fresh meals and a quick delivery. Additionally, the menu will include both vegetarian and vegan entrees. Meanwhile, meat eaters can enjoy all-natural beef raised in Colorado and ground just minutes from Stapleton. Looking for a special dose of comfort? Try the all-natural, gluten free creamy grits ordered from Gayla’s Grits in Georgia. Don’t forget to get yourself a Boylan’s Old Fashioned soda that contains no high fructose corn syrup when you stop in.
Open every day from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
