Brixx Wood Fired Pizza in Stapleton- First location west of the Mississippi
By: Skylar Colclazier
Brixx Wood Fired Pizza recently opened at the Shops at Conservatory Green in Stapleton’s Conservatory Green neighborhood. The Colorado location is the first Brixx west of the Mississippi River. The spacious dining and bar areas fill roughly 4,000-sqaure-feet. Guests can also enjoy a large outdoor patio built to accommodate over 50 people.
Why Stapleton? The franchise owners, Angela and Trey Woessner, provided many reasons for choosing Stapleton and first on the list: location, location, location. Everyone who is opening a new business knows the importance of choosing the right location and the Woessner’s are no different. Angela said, “The community is in our backyard.” With the Conservatory Green neighborhood sitting right behind The Shops, Angela couldn’t be more right.
The Conservatory Green neighborhood in Stapleton encompasses 65 acres (excluding open space and parks), 803 homes and 8 parks. The Stapleton community contains nearly 7,000 homes, over 1400 apartments, 13 schools, and over 22,000 residents within 7.5 square miles. Brixx will be serving a large community alongside over 100 other retail and dining establishments.
The Shops at Conservatory Green is a 31,000-sqaure-foot development by Drake Development Services. Tenants and their patrons at The Shops at Conservatory Green can also benefit from close proximity to The Shops at Northfield Stapleton, a 1.2 million-square-foot regional lifestyle center located off Quebec Street and Northfield Blvd.
