Lisa Hall is the Residential Community Development Director at Brookfield Properties.
Ms. Hall has been at Stapleton since the very beginning in 1998 when Forest City (now Brookfield Properties) was selected by the City of Denver as the master planner and developer of the former Stapleton International Airport. She started out as a paralegal assisting in the due diligence process. From there she worked her way up from Executive Assistant and Office Manager to Builder Program Manager and several additional promotions to her current position. She is responsible for implementing and overseeing all aspects of the Stapleton residential homebuilder program including neighborhood planning, contract negotiations and management, oversees land sales to meet budget, creates segmentation plan for each neighborhood, works directly with builders and their architects on home designs and colors, and implements sustainability standards for the builders.
Lisa was also responsible for creating and implementing a secure, web-based land database that tracks homebuilders’ contracts, land take-downs, due diligence production, home sales, home closings, and resales. This database is the main source for all residential numbers and as a result, the database was moved in-house with Forest City IT and all data transferred.
Lisa is on the Board of Directors for Stapleton Design, Inc., is a design review member on the Stapleton Design Review Committee, and is on the Design Review Board for the Stapleton Master Community Association. She frequently is selected as a judge for homebuilder awards across the country, including PCPC’s Gold Nugget Awards, McSam Awards in Dallas and the SoCal Awards.
Prior to joining Brookfield Properties (formerly Forest City), Ms. Hall was an architectural draftsman before moving on to serve as a litigation paralegal for several law firms in Denver.
