Stapleton adopted its public art program in 2005. Since then, the community has added 12 art pieces on bridges, in pocket parks, along greenways and elsewhere – all adding to the community’s long-term value.

Global Coolness at Stapleton

The Global Coolness Home Tour continues in all its energy-savvy glory. Check out 11 fresh home collections showcasing the latest and greatest in green design and cutting edge technology. You’ll find them in our new Central Park neighborhoods, site of the 2011 HGTV Green Home, and yet another inspired layer to a really cool year.

Central Park West,
Stapleton’s newest neighborhood.

Central Park West has a marquee location within Stapleton. Close to Denver's 3rd largest park and all its glorious amenities including trails, playgrounds, splash park and sledding hill, just to name a few. These homes are also a short walk to East 29th Avenue Town Center and the brand new Swigert-McAuliffe International School (E-8). And soon they'll be part of Stapleton's most commuter-friendly neighborhood with a commuter rail stop to downtown coming in 2016 and a new I-70/I-270 interchange coming soon to Central Park Blvd.

The Central Park West neighborhood will offer a new way to live. Many of the homes are literally on their very own park. Yes, there is a private entrance to all homes. But right outside their door is a "mews," or linear park. No street in between. So residents can enjoy their own little sanctuary. It's just one of the many smart and distinctive features of the new neighborhood.
