Introducing Conservatory Green Neighborhood! Building new homes in Stapleton.
Stapleton's next, great neighborhood is new, but still true to the community’s urban design. Models and nearly 500 homes are beginning to open. Each new home collection is on the right, and they will all be north of Interstate 70, next to The Shops at Northfield Stapleton, Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. (See a map of the area!)
This new Denver neighborhood is also named for the green and plaza at its center: Conservatory Green Plaza will have unique gathering spots such as a shade structure, water feature and the community's first fire pit, while the Conservatory Green will have striking landscapes and an open lawn for the whole family.
