Conservatory Green Neighborhood

As Stapleton’s urban roots reach north of Interstate 70, Conservatory Green neighborhood marks an evolution in home, street and landscape design. With influences of the sweeping prairies and agricultural heritage of the land, the area benefits from its proximity to the Rocky Mountain Wildlife Refuge, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, The Shops at Northfield Stapleton and the rest of the community.

Central Park West Neighborhood

There’s close. Then there’s Central Park West close. To East 29^th Avenue Town Center, a new E-8 school, the new library, Denver’s third-largest park and a future commuter rail stop to downtown and DIA. Which makes it convenient to, well, just about everything you’ll ever need.

South End Neighborhood – limited home collections available

This neighborhood is nicely established for a shady stroll through Greenway Park to the community garden, the dog park, swimming pools, East 29^th Avenue Town Center and your choice of excellent schools.

Central Park North Neighborhood – limited home collections available

Central Park North is bordered by Westerly and Sand Creek Greenways, 80-acre Central Park and includes Stapleton’s new Jet Stream Pool. So there’s no shortage of daily inspiration to get outside and stay active. Central Park North also gives you direct access to The Shops at Northfield Stapleton and I-70 via the new Central Park Boulevard interchange.

Bluff Lake Neighborhood

This neighborhood is closer to nature with easy access to a 123-acre nature preserve and charming parks programmed to delight the senses. It’s also a short bike ride from the region’s two highest-ranking hospitals at the Anschutz Medical Campus. And you’re still nicely positioned to enjoy Stapleton’s full schedule of events, abundant amenities and strong sense of community.

East 29^th Avenue Neighborhood

Stapleton’s social epicenter. East 29^th Avenue is home to the Town Center’s shops, restaurants and services. Where people gather in the summertime for free concerts, movies under the stars and a weekly Farmers Market. Here, Stapleton’s rich diversity in both architecture and lifestyle are showcased beautifully, and the community comes to life.

Westerly Creek Neighborhood

This neighborhood is central to all things Stapleton. Westerly Creek is bisected by 29^th Avenue, a bike-friendly route to sushi, sake and shopping in the Town Center. Bordering Central Park and rolling greenways, trails weave a network into other neighborhoods – to pools, the new Central Park Recreation Center and excellent schools.

Eastbridge Neighborhood

All the best things about Stapleton, with a little more privacy. Take a bridge over Westerly Creek, and you’ll find yourself in a neighborhood that showcases a mix of homes – from modest to mansion – and views from Longs Peak to Pikes Peak. Stroll to the F-15 pool, the new Central Park Recreation Center and the Bluff Lake Nature Center. Or hop on a cruiser and grab dinner in the East 29^th Avenue Town Center.
