Posted on October 18, 2011The Central Park Recreation Center kicked off SilverSneakers programming this year, offering physical activities and social events for older adults.
This includes Muscular Strength & Range of Movement classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and well as Yoga Stretch on Tuesdays – all from 10-11 a.m.

You can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $2.50 for seniors living in Stapleton and $4 for adult residents. The non-resident price is $4 for seniors and $5 for adults.
