Burger Update
Posted on February 7, 2012Since Red Robin’s Burger Works opened at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton last November, the Colorado-based company has decided to build 12 to 15 new restaurants this year!
This includes traditional restaurants and Burger Works, bringing the company’s national total to more than 475 locations. One of the new Burger Works locations will be at Denver’s Metro State.
“Burger Works allows us more flexibility in bringing Red Robin’s crave-able burgers to locations that we haven’t been able to service in the past because it is a fast-casual concept with a smaller footprint,” company marketing representative Cassie LaBonte said about the new restaurant model.
The idea behind Red Robin’s Burger Works is that everything is served fiery, fresh and fast, and it was created to “keep it simple. Basically, we’re burgers,” the company’s website states.
“We’ve definitely received lot of great guest feedback and … hired 30 friendly and helpful team members,” at the Northfield restaurant, LaBonte said.
The location offers menu items such as build-your-own burgers and hand-spun milkshakes, which aren’t available at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers restaurants.
Red Robin has a coupon for Burger Works in the February issue of the Front Porch.
