Jim Chrisman is a Senior Vice President with Forest City Stapleton, Inc. He is responsible for office, retail, industrial and multi-family development within Stapleton. Additionally, Mr. Chrisman oversees master planning of the site.

In addition to his Stapleton responsibilities, Mr. Chrisman oversees the development of the Colorado Science + Technology Park at Fitzsimons, a 184 life science park located adjacent to the new Anschutz Medical Campus, Children’s Hospital and the future VA Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.

Prior to joining Forest City Stapleton, Inc., Mr. Chrisman worked as a Vice President for the Stapleton Development Corporation, where he managed the conveyance of the property from the City and County of Denver to the private sector, and the Stapleton Redevelopment Foundation, where he managed the preparation of the award winning Stapleton Development Plan.

Mr. Chrisman has also worked for Disney Development Company, Watt Industries, and Cadillac Fairview Corporation in southern California.

Mr. Chrisman is a prior Board Member of NAIOP and the Colorado District Council of the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Administration and Management Science from Carnegie-Mellon University and a M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
