Future Eastbridge Town Center
Stapleton’s second town center, the Eastbridge Town Center, is planned to be located west of Havana Street adjacent to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Plans include 20,000 to 30,000 square feet of retail shop space anchored by a grocery store. Forest City continues to meet with potential grocery store anchors, as construction of the Town Center is contingent upon securing a grocery store tenant and additional tenants for the shop space. The opening date for Eastbridge Town Center remains undetermined due to the grocery store requirement and current market conditions.
