Mercy Housing owns and manages nearly 800 units of housing in Colorado, including Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Fraser and Durango, and is planning to build more than 200 new units of affordable housing in Colorado during the next few years, including 68 at Stapleton.

Clyburn Village is the first senior "income-qualified" rental apartments development, a 100-unit community for residents over age 62. These distinctive apartment homes feature 1 & 2 bedrooms, spacious living areas and kitchens.
Monthly rents are estimated from $680 for a one-bedroom to $830-$865 for a two-bedroom apartment. Please note that these income limits and monthly rents are subject to change based on HUD annual income limits.
Located across the street from the 30-acre Fred Thomas Park and adjacent to the 29th Avenue Town Center with a King Soopers grocery store and retail stores, this development's amenities include laundry rooms on each floor, a computer and community room, 2nd floor lounge/library and a large garden courtyard.

Northeast Denver Housing Center (NDHC) is a nonprofit organization with nearly 25 years of affordable housing experience. NDHC's mission is to create sustainable, healthy housing opportunities for underserved households through outreach, education and housing development.
At Stapleton, NDHC will build Central Park Apartments. Central Park Apartments will be a community of 18 units of rental housing as part of the commitment to the Stapleton Development Plan and the vision to provide housing that is affordable to a range of incomes. A range of floor plans will be offered.
