Central Park Professional Condominiums - Two New Tenants

SmartSpace owners, Travis Bischoff and Michelle Lazar , will offer virtual offices, on-site offices and meeting spaces to businesses in the Central Park Professional Condominiums.

The executive-suite concept offers a smart location combined with smart work and meeting spaces for any professional need. SmartSpace is located at 2373 Central Park Blvd., Suites 100 and 101.

Fuller Industries, LLC, is also moving into the Central Park Professional building and will be in Suite 303. Dr. Brian Fuller is a physiatrist specializing in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and pain management. Dr. Fuller will open his offices this fall.

Central Park Professional Condominiums is a three-story, 44,952 square-foot building that was built in 2007 as an office and retail commercial condominium project. It's adjacent to the Montessori Children's House of Denver which will open this month.

Other business owners in the building include Central Park Dental Medicine operated by Dr. Kristin Robbins, DDS; Stapleton Children’s Dentistry, a pediatric dentistry clinic operated by Alfaiyaz Ibrahim, DDS; Stapleton Orthodontics, an orthodontic practice operated by Karen Franz, DDS; and the Sweet Life Nail Bar and Lounge, owned by Diane Bilello and Anna Hughes. Edward Jones also has an office on the first floor of the building.
