Stapleton Homes Honored For Excellece In Home Building |
Three Stapleton builders honored by Home Builder Association of Metro Denver
DENVER, Nov. 7 – Three homebuilders at Stapleton were recently honored with Bar Awards by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, including two homes by Infinity that were selected as Homes of the Year. The Bar Awards are presented by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver to those builders that “Raise the Bar” and set a new standard of excellence in the Denver home building industry.
The Infinity Home Collection won the Detached Home of the Year award for “The Adesso,” one of its Court Homes at Stapleton that features a stylish contemporary floor plan and a private courtyard. Infinity also won the Attached Home of the Year award for “The Metropolitan,” one of its Sky Terrace homes, which features an abundance of glass to fill the home with natural light and a private courtyard that surrounds the unit.
The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver also honored Infinity with five additional Bar Awards, including Best Brochure, Best Interior Design for an Attached Home, Best Interior Design for a Detached Home, Best Attached Home and Best Detached Home. The company has won Home of the Year Awards for six of the last eight years, including awards in 2003 and 2004 for homes built at Stapleton.
Parkwood Homes was a finalist for Detached Home of the Year for “The Oxford,” one of its designs at Stapleton. This home draws upon the best traditions of American architecture with an interior that incorporates features of an earlier period while meeting today’s lifestyle requirements. “The Oxford” was also a finalist for the Best Interior Design for a Detached Home.
“Tower” from the Architect Collection by Harvard Communities was also a finalist for the Best Detached Home. Harvard Communities, recognized for its innovative architecture, thoughtful designs and state-of-the art methods built these homes at Stapleton to blend style with substance to create enlightened living. “Tower” was also recently honored by Professional Builder with a Best in American Living Award for the Best Single Family Home in the western United States priced between $500,000 and $750,000.
